The solution
MASS Tech designed a robust automation pipeline using Microsoft Power Automate, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and custom Azure Functions. The system monitors dedicated email inboxes, extracts attachments (PDFs or Excel files), parses and transforms the data into standard XML structures, and seamlessly transfers it to storage endpoints or FTP servers.
By integrating error notifications and adapting to evolving formats through modular transformations, MASS Tech ensured resilience and adaptability. The solution was built incrementally in agile sprints, with iterative demos and feedback loops from DrinkPAK's team.
